Jenn Hazen

Jenn Hazen joined ICG Freetown in May 2002. She is also a doctoral candidate in International Relations at Georgetown University. Her research focuses on economic and security networks in Africa. She holds an MA in International Relations from Georgetown University. Prior to joining ICG, she worked on a variety of projects for the U.S. State Department, Management Services International, the World Bank, the United Nations, Harvard University�s Carr Center for Human Rights Policy, the National Academy of Science, and the Center for Defense Information. She has also taught undergraduate courses at Georgetown University on democratization and conflict studies.
