Nicholas Whyte

Nicholas Whyte was previously Communications Manager and Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels where he was their principal Balkans analyst, editing the monthly Europa South-East Monitor. Prior to that, Nicholas lived in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Republika Srpska) and Croatia while working for the National Democratic Institute in 1997 and 1998. Dr Whyte is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Governance, Public Policy and Social Research of the Queen's University of Belfast. He holds a PhD from the Queen's University of Belfast, 1997, and an M Phil from Clare College, Cambridge, 1991. He speaks French, Dutch and German.
