Mouin Rabbani

Mouin Rabbani is Senior Analyst, Middle East, with the International Crisis Group (ICG) and is based at its Middle East regional office in Amman, Jordan. His area of specialisation is Palestine and the Arab-Israeli conflict, and he has published and commented widely on both these and other Middle East issues. Prior to joining ICG in 2002, he was Director of the Palestinian American Research Center in Ramallah, and Project Manager with the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG). He holds a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.A. from Georgetown University.
