Dan Vexler

Dan is from Ottawa, Canada, the second coldest capital in the world. He joined ICG Brussels in September 2002 as an intern in the Asia program. In January 2003, Dan moved to Kyrgyzstan and spent several months at ICG’s Osh office on a research contract. Prior to joining ICG, he worked at the Canadian Embassy in Moscow, where he was involved in bilateral business development, and at the Royal Institute of International Affairs in London. Dan holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from McGill University. He speaks French and Russian.
