Victoria Roche

Victoria Roche was born in Seoul, South Korea and then adopted by a wonderful English family in Brussels Belgium. She then moved to Wilmette, Illinois where she attended National-Louis University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary Education and a minor in Human psychology. Victoria joined ICG Brussels in October 2003 as a receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Despite having her teaching degree and living in USA for over 10 years she then decided to move back to Brussels.
