| Blair Blackwell
Born and raised in Florida, U.S., Blair Blackwell majored in Russian Studies at Princeton University and spent several summers studying and researching in St Petersburg and Moscow. Following graduation, she moved to Central Asia where she headed the Public Relations and Fundraising Department of a western-style Kazakh business school. She remained in Kazakhstan an additional two years as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers prior to moving to Europe. Ms Blackwell joined ICG in July 2000 as Assistant to Gareth Evans. << back
