| Jan Hensley
Ms Hensley joined ICG in May 2001 after more than fifteen years� experience in fundraising for NGO�s, trade associations and political campaigns. Ms Hensley�s career includes three years as Director, Political Action Management List with the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (1996-99), and Director of Development for Operation Smile, Inc, (1995-96) a volunteer medical services organisation providing surgery for children in need in the US and 12 developing countries. Ms Hensley�s work with Operation Smile received the highest accolades when the organisation was awarded the inaugural one million dollar Conrad N. Hilton Humanitarian Prize in 1996, the richest humanitarian prize in the world. Her political campaign experience includes record fundraising for numerous U.S. Senate and Congressional candidates. << back
