Charles Radcliffe
Charles Radcliffe joined ICG at its inception in August 1995. He has worked closely alongside four ICG Presidents, initially assisting in the setting up of the organisation in London and the establishment of its first projects in the Balkans and in Africa, and later overseeing the transfer of ICGs headquarters to Brussels. In 1998, he was appointed Vice-President and assumed responsibility for much of the day-to-day running of the organisation, and, during 1999, spent four months as the organisations Acting President. Prior to joining ICG, Charles Radcliffe worked as a policy adviser and press attach to a number of British and Australian politicians, and was commissioned by the Australian Government to run several large-scale evaluation projects. He holds a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Kings College London (1990) and a Masters Degree in International Studies from the University of Sydney (1995).
