Ilir Deda
Ilir Deda joined ICG Kosovo in March 2002. Ilir graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in political science in December 2001. Before transferring to complete his studies in the United States, Ilir worked with the Kosovo Verification Mission (KVM) in 1999. With the KVM, Ilir assisted the human rights department to gather evidence for ICTY, and he worked on civil society development with the democratization department. Before joining KVM, Ilir was a �fixer� for journalists from National Public Radio and the Voice of America.
