Francesca Lawe-Davies
Frankie joined ICG's Research Unit in February 2002, after interning in the Brussels office for four months. She advises on horizontal policy issues across ICG�s five regional programs, with a recent focus on transitional justice and international humanitarian law. She holds a First Class Honours degree in Government and International Relations from the University of Sydney.
