Markus Schultze-Kraft

Dr Schultze-Kraft is a political scientist educated at the universities of Berlin, Heidelberg and Oxford. His areas of special interest are Latin American politics, comparative democratization and conflict resolution, civil-military relations, social policy and development, 19th and 20th century political theory.
