John Norris
As Special Adviser to the President John has a roving brief with a wide range of responsibilities and analysis in Asia, Africa, the Balkans, the Middle East and Latin America. Before joining ICG, John served as the Director of Communications for the Deputy Secretary of State, and before that had a series of roles - from field relief worker to head speechwriter - at the U.S. Agency for International Development. In addition, John has worked on Capitol Hill and has a graduate degree in public administration.
