Robert Templer
Robert Templer is author of Shadows and Wind: A View of Modern Vietnam and has written widely on Asian politics, culture and history. He was formerly a visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley and a fellow of the Open Society Institute in New York. Before joining ICG he worked as a columnist for the Asian Wall Street Journal and the Far Eastern Economic Review. He has worked in many of the countries of South and Southeast Asia.
